Documents downloaded from foreign websites (especially technical documents from the US or multinational corporations) are often set to the default paper size of US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches). Meanwhile, in Vietnam and most Asian countries, all office printer paper trays use the A4 (210 x 297 mm) standard. Letter paper size is shorter but wider than A4. Therefore, when you click to print a Letter file on A4 paper, the bottom of the page is often indented a large distance, or the edges on both sides are cut off by the printer with some important letters at the end of the line.
